The house of 250m2 of living space includes 5 bedrooms, a veranda, a living room, a dining room and a large, very equipped kitchen, 3 toilets, 3 bathrooms. Wifi and Smart TV. Sheets and towels provided.
It extends onto a terrace and a large garden of around 5,000 m2, with tables, chairs, garden furniture and a barbecue.
At the foot of the property, a staircase gives access to the lake for swimming and to the port with the possibility of mooring.
A 2-minute walk from the house, in the heart of the village, you will find a grocery store, a bakery, a tobacconist and a restaurant. About a hundred meters away, you can enjoy the good regional dishes of the restaurant of the Hôtel de la Plage which enjoys an exceptional location on the water's edge and many other establishments on the sandy beach.
