Chef Hubert Chanove invites you to take part in a morning gathering to discover the secrets of wild plants. It will be followed by a convivial lunch based on the herbs and plants harvested.
Would you like to better understand the Chef's plant-based cuisine? Find out where the wild flowers and herbs you find on your plate come from? Or would you like to take part in a nature outing along the Foron river or in the forest? Hubert Chanove will be delighted to answer your questions and pass on his knowledge during a walk in collaboration with his wife, a herbalist.
Outings take place from time to time, depending on the season and weather, and are booked in advance.

The price of this picking time is €150 per person, all-inclusive lunch; the program is as follows:
We meet at the Refuge des Gourmets
- at 9 a.m. for a welcome coffee
- departure at 9:30 a.m. for a course and picking with Hubert Chanove.
Return to the restaurant
- around 11:30 a.m. for an aperitif, followed by a lunch of wild flowers and plants
- at around 3 p.m., the end of this instructive, convivial, gourmet and, we hope, memorable event!.
