OUR HISTORY
La fromagerie du Noyer was founded in 1996. At the time, we only sold our cheeses in the Chablais region.
Gradually, we moved closer to our customers and opened cheese dairies in Evian-les-Bains, Thonon-les-Bains, Saint-Paul-en-Chablais, Annemasse, Morzine, Douvaine and Cluses.
