Located opposite the funicular entrance, at the start of the pedestrian streets, La Brasserie du Général welcomes you for lunch and dinner all year round, in a bistro atmosphere. You'll discover traditional, high-quality cuisine.

Founded in 1864, it is one of Thonon's oldest restaurants. Despite its lengthy closure, La Brasserie du Général has left a lasting impression on several generations. While preserving the original spirit of this unique place, steeped in tradition, culture and local history, the Brasserie was rehabilitated and renovated from floor to ceiling in 2014. The Brasserie team welcomes you in the heart of downtown Thonon, every day, all year round.
